Share Images
Share clear Images on Email : [email protected] or Whatsapp : +91 9373369007 of your product pictures which includes front, back, sides, base and inside. Great pictures will help sell your product, so give a 360 degree view of your product. Please share appropriate/clear images for it to be approved by team. If you have the original bill & packaging (cases, tags, dust bag, box etc) don’t forget to include them. Take pictures against a white or neutral backdrop. We need a minimum of 5 pictures. Also share all relevant information like how old is the product, the documentation you have & its condition.
Get a Quote
Within 1-2 business days after sending us your item info, you will receive a provisional quote.
Pick Up
After you’ve reviewed your quote, decide if you wish to consign your product with us.
Next you can get your product picked* up from your desired location or you could send it directly to us at your cost. Incase your item gets sold through us then we also reimburse the shipping charges which effectively means you pay zero for shipping! Do not forget to ship the bill/receipts, packaging, authenticity/warranty cards that came along with the product.

Authentication
Upon the arrival of your product, our in-house team & third party experts reviews the product and its accompaniments (receipts, authenticity cards), hologram codes, heat stamps are all carefully observed, upon which we provide you with the final quote of your product. We also decide upon examining the condition, if it requires a spa and inform you of the same.
Note: In case your product does not pass the authentication process your product will be returned to you after you pay us a fine of Rs 5000/-
Spa
After your item goes through the process of authentication, your product may undergo Bio cleaning where we intend in extending the lifespan of handbags, purses and shoes with bio-cleaning to remove dirt, grime and other foreign particles that cause premature ageing and accelerated wear and tear. We also intend to refurbish and restore handbags, purses and shoes so that their useful lifespan could be lengthened.
Product Listing
On your agreement to the final quote we Professionally Photograph and merchandise your item for listing on our website and notify you when it’s sold.
Get Paid
Once your product gets sold on the website, we will notify you and will send the payment within 2 weeks of selling your item.

Contract Information
The contract period of the consignors form is up to 3 months from the date the product is listed on the website. Please note that we take up to 2 weeks for authenticating, cleaning and professionally shooting your product. Without these processes the product cannot be listed on the website. However the process may take longer due to a queue of products from other consignors. Premature termination of the contract would lead to a fine of Rs 5000/- per item which will be payable to Dapper N Dame by the consignor. The item would be returned after the fine is paid. This is because a great deal of effort goes in to authenticate, cleaning, restoring, photographing & marketing an item so we need a reasonable period of time in order to sell it.
